Please notify the CIP Agency of any crop losses or damages in order to file a claim on time.
A notice of loss must be submitted no later than 15 days after the end of the insurance period (date harvest complete on final unit).
Planning on grazing alfalfa? Cutting insured oats, millet, barley, etc. for hay? Silaging corn? Please call the CIP Agency before doing so. We will need to submit a claim for appraisal to verify production or pay a loss.
